TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. HEALTH GUARANTEE

If your puppy dies by Distemper, Hepatitis, or Leptospirosis within one (1) month after purchase date, return UKC or ADBA certificate, a letter from licensed veterinarian who treated him, and the shot records from the veterinarian who vaccinated him, and we will gladly replace him with another puppy, of our choice, at no charge. You as the new owner must give your puppy shots when due.

2. GUARANTEE AGAINST CONGENITAL DEFECT OR DISEASE

If your puppy develops a condition that dates from the prenatal or fetal stage within one (1) year after purchase, return him to the kennel with the UKC or ADBA certificate and a letter from the licensed veterinarian who diagnosed him, and he will be replaced with another puppy, our choice, at no charge.

3. PURCHASER RESPONSIBILITY

Breeder waives all responsibility for any actions of the puppy or adult dog after purchase. The actions of the puppy or adult dog are the sole responsibility of the purchaser, not the breeder.

4. LIMITATIONS OF GUARANTEE

The guarantee applies to the original puppy and original owner only, and is non-transferable. The puppy must be in good physical condition, be current on all worming and vaccinations and the ears must be cropped. No replacement will be given if the male or female has been bred, neutered or spayed, or Registration Application Form has expired. Owner is responsible for any transportation costs to and from kennel, puppy maintenance costs, and any veterinarian bills. In order for this contract to be valid, the contract must be signed and sent to the breeder before the puppy has been shipped to the purchaser. If the breeder does not get this contract before the pup has been shipped to the purchaser, then the pup is considered “sold as is”.

5. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

If you are placing a deposit on a puppy, the deposit is non-refundable if you change your mind. If the breeder is unable to deliver the puppy, then the deposit will be refunded in full. The remainder of the total purchase price and shipping is due before six (6) weeks of age and the puppy will be ready for shipment at the age of eight (8) weeks old. We make all shipping arrangements, all you have to do is pick-up the puppy at your nearest airport. Paperwork and shot records will be mailed the same day as the ship date. No puppies will be shipped until payment is received in full.

6.  KENNEL NAME

All puppies coming from Real Pitbulls Kennel will have the name “REALPITBULLS…… on the UKC or ADBA papers and at no time can or will it be taken off. If at anytime the name is changed this Guarantee is Void.

7. NUVET LABS VITAMINS

We all know there is not a vaccine available for every canine illness, as such we require that your puppy be given NuVet Supplements for this health guarantee to be honored by us. This supplement is important for the immune system, bone structure, strength and cartilage development of your puppy. You will want to have this supplement on hand before you receive your puppy.  We feel very strongly about this supplement and believe it is worth every penny for the well being of your puppy.
